  : -There is a bar downstairs with extremely loud music on the street side. the music is going up to 2:00 AM. -Awful cheap decoration and dark concrete (When people come to vacation, they want to feel happiness and bright colors have positive impacts on their mood and behavior, the decorator was clearly an amateur and decorated the room like a prison. ) -This is not a hotel, nor an apartment. No clear signs and taxis cant enter the street, so you have to carry your luggages by your hands about 300m. -There is no iron, washing machine and hairdryer available. -Stucco walls in the bathroom hall, this should be in ceramic tiles to avoid getting condensation and dirts. -Stuck bathroom door -Stuck water drainage in the shower -The view from the window is a dead concrete block -There is no refund possible if your plans changes, even not for a deduction of 80%, they keep telling this are the rules and the owner is not here, its easy to say this to the guests and avoid confrontations. Furthermore, 30 min walks to Istiklal street, 15 min to Galata tower, 10 min to Tram stop. Overall, not a bad experience, but for 132 euros per night there are better options with sea views including breakfast and gym. Tip: if you travel off-season, dont book all nights at once. Book for one or two night and see if you like the place and you can extend, sometimes even for a better rate! Dont worry, there are enough hotels and apartments available in the whole city! I've booked for 11 nights but stayed only 7 nights and left.
